LION – Not the African predator but the acronym for LinkedIn Open Networkers.
LION’s are Linkedin members looking for business opportunities all over the world, therefor want to connect with other people they don’t know, like you.
When you’ll sent them invitations they will approve it and so you will not get IDK penalty points (that’s when people tag your connection request as I Don’t Know this person).
The main thing here is that they publish their Linkedin email address to be found and connected.
Free LinkedIn Connections
Download a small free list can be found here: http://www.linkedinpublic.com/lion.php
Now take the list and divide it into smaller pieces of 1,000 emails.
Go to your Linkedin account > Connections > Add Connections > Invite by email – and copy paste the emails.
The flood of free connections will start in minutes so you better turn your Linkedin phone app notification off, or you’ll go crazy.
LinkedIn initially allows all users to send up to 5,000 invitations but you can ask them for more.
Join LION Linkedin groups to find more free Linkedin connections, as well as be found.
You can easily do that by searching ‘lion’ and filtering the results to display only groups.
